The Arcadian Health Plan HealthySteps program is a value added health promotion service available only to members of Arcadian Health Plan. HealthySteps program eligibility varies by benefit plan. Arcadian Health Plan is provided by Arcadian Health Plan (parent AHP, Inc.), a Coordinated Care Plan with a Medicare Advantage contract.
The Arcadian Health Plan HealthySteps program is neither offered nor guaranteed under our contract with the Medicare program. In addition, the HealthySteps program is not subject to the Medicare appeals process. Any disputes regarding these products and services may be subject to the Arcadian Health Plan grievance process.
