Arcadian Health Plan is easy to join. If you're eligible for Medicare Parts A and B, live in Adair and Delaware counties and do not have End Stage Renal Disease (ESRD-Kidney Disease) you're eligible to join Arcadian Health Plan.
You cannot enroll in this plan if your current or former employer helps pay for your drugs.

Members may enroll in a plan only during specific times of the year. Please contact Member Service at 1-800-573-8597, TTY/TDD 1-866-573-8591 Monday – Sunday, 8 A.M. – 8 P.M., except holidays. You cannot enroll in this plan if your current or former employer helps pay for your drugs. Arcadian Health Plan’s Medicare Prescription Drug Benefit is only available to members of the MA-PD Plan. If you are already enrolled in a MA-PD Plan, you must receive the Medicare Prescription Drug Benefit through that Plan. You must continue to pay your Medicare Part B premium if not otherwise paid for under Medicaid or by another third-party. Medicare beneficiaries may enroll in Arcadian Health Plan through the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services Online Enrollment Center, located at www.medicare.gov. Beneficiaries interested in qualifying for extra help with Medicare Prescription Drug Plan costs should call: 1-800-MEDICARE (1-800-633-4227) (TTY/TDD users should call 1-877-486-2048, 24 hours a day/7days a week), or your state Medicaid office, or the Social Security Administration at 1-800-772-1213 between 7 A.M. and 7 P.M., Monday through Friday (TTY/TDD users should call 1-800-325-0778).
If you obtain routine care from out-of-plan providers neither Medicare nor Arcadian Health Plan will be responsible for the costs. Members must use network pharmacies to access their prescription drug benefits, except under non-routine circumstances when they cannot reasonably use network pharmacies. You will be required to pay the difference between what we would pay for a prescription filled at an in-network pharmacy and what the out-of-network pharmacy charged for your prescriptions.
Arcadian Health Plan is a Coordinated Care Plan with a Medicare Advantage contract. Anyone with Medicare Parts A and B may apply. You must continue to pay your Medicare Part B premium if not otherwise paid for under Medicaid or by another third party. You must use contracted providers and pharmacies for care. Limitations, monthly premiums, copayments and coinsurance will apply.
